Due to the current Covid situation and restrictions and wanting to keep you all safe. Please note that we are doing our classes online only until we are advised otherwise. Also with this pandemic having a huge impact on businesses we cant say which of our site we used to use will still be trading.
So with so many variables its still up in the air as to future sites.
TIME TABLE OF SESSIONS
We have now opened all our sessions too anyone who not only has a "dicky ticker" or "lazy lungs" but to anyone who has become deconditioned due to Covid and wishes to re focus on their fitness and general health and wellbeing.
We now offer a free on line introductory session to discuss how we can help you and what you would like to achieve, and also to navigate you round Zoom if this is new to you.

To increase your cardiorespiratory fitness muscle strength, posture, balance and core strength, all put together with fun and laughter.
10.30am. Heart Health & Well Being
12 midday Heart Health & Well Being (Advanced)
2.30pm Heart Failure (working in conjunction with
Salisbury Community Heart Failure Team)
